CJHS has good training programs for teachers at least twice a week. These teachers' training programs help to improve the quality of lesson plans and their implementation. Also, teachers collaborate in designing, and choosing the appropriate materials to use in these lesson plans. They also track with statistics their students' progress for all academic subjects during the entire academic year. The teachers are frequently evaluated by administrators to verify their classroom effectiveness on students' academic and behavioral development. This school deserves to be recognized for its efforts in improving instruction and delivering the best educational strategies for the junior high students' population in Chinle, AZ.
