School Reviews

I was at the school from 2018 to 2019. Everything that we could do like extra programs seemed over taking because o top of all that work you could do more so I did more I did band, and Avid, SGA. I was never photographed for either in the year book tho most of the staff was nice I still felt forgotten and had some break downs for that reason I hated being told try harder I was pushing my limits my limits where gone. If you can push your limits farther and still have them, this is the place for you I never did I hope new people's luck and hope you a better time there than I and a few or more have experienced.

This school isn't a terrible school, it's amazing. It's just the certain people there that gives Macarthur a bad reputation.

My experience with this school from 2000 to 2003 was anything but pleasant. A faculty member accused my child of stealing a Personal Data Assistant which was HERS. He later made it obvious he was staring at her chest because he told her her clothes were inappropriate (they were not and it is a female teachers place to address this). There were several instances of violence in the school amongst students, which the staff could not control and teachers who blew up in episodes of violence themselves. Bullying was a VERY serious issue and the school did little to nothing to extinguish this problem.
