    ♦Mrs. Jeanne Duncan has devoted 40 years to education, all at Southeast Elementary School. Although she retired from teaching last year, she continues to serve as an academic specialist, helping students master skills and excel in math and language arts. Students at Southeast are served by nine such academic specialists who help students daily reach their full potential.
