The final defendant in a sexual attack on two developmentally disabled men at a Santa Rosa skatepark last year was sentenced to 29 years in prison Thursday - the harshest punishment of all five defendants. Fredrick Caddell, Jr., 20, must serve 85 percent of his term, or almost 25 years, before becoming eligible for parole.
