  By THOMAS BECNEL On Friday, the Oak Park South program got a head start on the holidays with a Thanksgiving lunch for special needs students. Pine cones and pilgrims decorated tables in a Venice Middle School classroom. Students wore construction paper head bands and feathers.

  Staff Report Swine flu vaccinations are being offered to some students and other children in Sarasota County today and through the school week. Free vaccines are available for Sarasota County children 6 months to 18 years old today through 2 p.m., according to Sarasota school district officials. The vaccinations will be available at:
