    This year’s flu season is expected to be more severe than normal, with both the H1N1 and seasonal flu viruses in circulation. State health officials have encouraged all Californians to get a seasonal flu shot as early as possible and an H1N1 flu shot when it becomes available later this fall.

    INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - The Incline High School baseball team kicked off its season with a tough 16-14 loss to Smith Valley High School on Friday before splitting a doubleheader with Loyalton High School on Saturday, winning 14-10 and losing 6-0.
