But when he was just 3 days old, Brandon developed a severe case of jaundice. Ariel Ostrowiecki of Moorpark High School will receive a Kay Barker scholarship. After graduating from college in 2006, Danica Selvaggio wanted to volunteer in her community. She just couldn't find the right outlet. So she decided to form her own group.
