Area municipalities that are scheduled to hold fireworks displays as part of the coming Independence Day holiday include: Wednesday, July 1: ? St. Clairsville, at the St. Clairsville Central Park/current Belmont County Fairgrounds. Fireworks return to the city for the second year in a row. Ninety students competed in the second annual Buckeye Elementary School District Math Challenge last week. The third- through eighth-graders represented the district's nearly 5,000 students.
