High school students got a lesson in criminal justice last week at Peer Court, a program where teens guilty of certain crimes are sentenced by their peers. Gary Dennis Bailey died Sunday at his Tuolumne Rancheria home. He was 63. Born in French Camp, he lived in Tuolumne all of his life.
