Berry School Tuesday morning and playfully batted the shiny green, gold, and yellow balloons that flew on either side of the entryway."Playing on the playground" was one of the reasons she was excited to return to school and begin first grade she said as she walked in with her parents, Stephen and Katherine.

    Annie Hatten ABERDEEN - Annie Sue "Bunk" Hatten died suddenly Monday, March 16, 2009, at the University of Alabama-Birmingham Hospital. She was the daughter of John and Annie Laura Garth. She worked several jobs in Aberdeen, including at the Aberdeen Courthouse and the Aberdeen Hospital.
