Grace Garrison, a 4-year-old and another family member escaped injury when an oak tree, estimated to be 75 to 100 years old, fell early Wednesday morning, Aug. 26, on this Alachua home at 14116 N.W. 158th Ave. Garrison, who is the aunt of Santa Fe High School Football Coach Shea Showers, said she normally comes home from work and sits in the area of the house where the tree fell. - Sports Medicine Jamboree brings in 500 guests (The Gainesville Sun)
