On Thursday, lawyers for 15-year-old Teah Wimberley filed a notice of intent to rely on insanity. Wimberley is accused of shooting and killing her classmate Amanda Collete at Dillard High School on November 12, 2008. She faces a second-degree murder charge and possession of a weapon on school grounds.
