The annual Arts and Crafts Festival, presented by the Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce, will be 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 13 at Lourdes College. It will feature 180 artisans, entertainment, food, and a children's play area. Admission is $2 and parking is free, with continuous shuttles from Northview High School and Harroun Park.
