A lawn-care business owner was charged with 242 counts of possessing child pornography he downloaded from the Internet to his home computer, an arrest affidavit states. Charles Allen Williams, 59, of 11630 Monette Road, Riverview, was being held in the Orient Road Jail this morning, jail record show. Bail was set at $500,000.
