Savannah State football player Donnell Collins, a Windsor Forest High School graduate, has suffered a career-ending ankle injury, SSU head coach Robby Wells said. Collins, a 6-foot, 272-pound starter at center, was injured in SSU's 47-10 loss at Charleston Southern on Oct. 3. At the time, Wells said the sophomore suffered a season-ending injury.
