  Police in Pooler have arrested a local teacher and youth minister on allegations he molested a 13-year-old boy six years ago. Mark Kit Lucas, 47, was booked Friday into the Chatham County jail on a felony charge of aggravated sexual battery in an assault reported to police earlier this month.   A 15-year-old was questioned this afternoon after a morning home burglary that set off a lockdown of Savannah High School, according to Savannah-Chatham police.   At 11:25 a.m., the campus on Savannah’s eastside was secured and its grounds were closely monitored by police after a hunt was started for two burglary suspects.
