The Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad are making new railroad crossing improvements in East Moline/Silvis. Weather permitting, today the 19th Street (Illinois 84) 0.4 miles north of Illinois 92 will be worked on until Aug. 7. Eastbound Rockingham Road in Davenport will be closed at Howell Street. The closure is required in order for IC&E Railroad to perform repairs on the crossing located on Rockingham just west of Division Street.
