NEGAUNEE - Two 16-year-olds have been reported missing from a Skandia youth home, said troopers from the Negaunee post of the Michigan State Police. James Robert Eman and Norman Bradbury IV were last seen getting off of a school bus at Gwinn High School on Oct. 7, said troopers. GWINN - Gwinn High School students are holding a silent protest today and Monday, wearing T-shirts that oppose the district's proposed budget cuts for 2009-10. "I did hear some students wearing T-shirts, saying silent protest," said Superintendent Mike Maino. "Students and parents get very passionate about this.
