Two months ago, Julio Cano saved the life of his 4-month-old cousin over the phone by instructing his uncle how to perform CPR on the unconscious child. Cano is not a doctor or an EMT. He's not even a lifeguard. He is a 17-year-old junior at Oxford High School.
