With the Berkley School System entertaining ideas of opting out of their tuition agreement with Somerset, Swansea Superintendent Stephan Flanagan said it's an idea that was brought up long before the recent crumbling of a new section of Somerset High School’s northwest wing and one he’s interested in looking into.
