A member of the Chatham High School Class of 2008, Emily Flanagan is now a key member of the Lehigh University volleyball team in Bethlehem, Pa. The term “rebuilding” is not in the Chatham girls tennis team’s vocabulary. Although they entered the season with just one returning starter, the Lady Cougars fashioned an outstanding campaign highlighted by winning the Group II State Section championship. The Chatham High School football team scored the winning touchdown with 52 seconds remaining to defeat Hanover Park by a 13-6 score Friday evening at HP’s field in East Hanover.
