The Brick Township Memorial High School Marching Mustangs will host its annual golf outing on June 6 at the Sea Oaks Country Club, 99 Golf View Drive, Little Egg Harbor. The cost is $150 per person and includes the golf cart, greens fees, range balls, barbecue and door prizes. Brick Township Board of Education members recently adopted the 2009-10 that calls for a 4.2-cent hike in the school tax rate, the board's lowest increase request in six years. Under the district's proposed $136,528,176 budget, a taxpayer with a home assessed at $134,700, the township average, will pay an additional $56 annually.
