Craig Randolph Kimsey, 42, of Cheyenne died April 23 in Cheyenne. He was born March 26, 1967, in Downey, Calif., graduating from Cerritos High School. DOWNEY — Regulation time wasn’t enough, but overtime was a little too much in the CIF Southern Section Division VII finals for the Warren girl’s water polo team in their 10-9 loss against Cerritos High School last Saturday.
