  ORINDA — Police have arrested a Miramonte High School teacher on suspicion of having sex with an underage former student. Walnut Creek police arrested Mark Litton, 33, at 1 p.m. Thursday at Miramonte High School in Orinda. He was taken to County Jail in Martinez and is being held on $250,000 bail.
