According to a release, Richmond County Board of Education (RCBOE) President, Marion E. Barnes, announced Wednesday that the RCBOE will be holding four public forums to allow the citizens of Richmond County the opportunity to express their views on the rezoning for the new Pine Hill Middle School, located in south Augusta, and high school rightsizing.
