Accomplishments: Rose is a Peer Transition leader, a member of the JROTC drill team and a JROTC Color Guard commander. She was named the JROTC Cadet of the Month in September. FRANKLIN — Delsea Regional High School is celebrating its 50th anniversary this school year with a fundraiser, according to a news release.
