Even as a student at Southern Regional High School in Manahawkin, Basil Shehady knew he wanted to be in business for himself. I feel a little better about our local fishing situation than I did a couple of weeks ago. At that point there was little in the way of weakfish or crabs around, but now that action has picked up. Everything else seemed too small to keep. - , (Press of Atlantic City)

A buzzer-beating mid-range jumper by Andrew Goldstein lifted the Mustangs to a 52-50 win over Southern Regional High School of Manahawkin in the final game of the 2008-09 season.
