    As a member of the Whippany Park High School marching band music boosters and pit crew, I accompanied our band to the recent Whippany Park vs. Dover football game played at Hamilton Field in Dover. As a Dover boy who moved to Hanover Township, my loyalties were naturally somewhat divided.

    • Christopher Dittrick, a fourth-year student at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., was named to the dean's list for the first semester of the 2008-2009 academic year. He is the son of Dennis and Kathleen Dittrick of Whippany. He has a double majors in history and chemistry.
