KINGSTON — The city is going green. Kingston’s 23rd annual St. Patrick’s Parade steps off at 1 p.m. Sunday from Kingston Plaza and will follow a 2-mile route along Clinton Avenue, Albany Avenue and Broadway before ending at the Rondout Creek waterfront.
