MARLBORO — Peter Smith, 14, of Marlboro, has earned the highest advancement award the Boy Scouts of America offers to Scouts, the Eagle Scout award. Perfection. The Manalapan Englishtown Middle School seventh grade girls basketball team achieved that elusive prize this winter. The Lady Bears finished the 2008-09 season with a 15-0 record.
