    clarkstown: Congers Elementary School's Open House was recently attended by Clarkstown Supervisor Alex Gromack. He visited the school in support of their "Kids for a Clean Environment" Earth Hour. The students pledged to turn off their lights from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 28.
