  Rotterdam, N.Y. - Herbert R. Kling, 95, of Shirlwood Drive, Schenectady, N.Y., formerly of Fonda, N.Y., and a winter residence in Wauchula, Fla., passed away Sunday evening at his home in Rotterdam, with his loving family at his side.
