Police have made an arrest in the murder of a 17-year-old Gaston County girl, who police say was in the early stages of pregnancy. 21-year-old John McGill is now charged with killing Keeaira Pendergrass. She was shot in the neck on Harrison St. around 9:30 Thursday night in Gastonia.
