DALLAS - Frank Allan Davis, 16, of Devon Drive, Dallas, died Nov. 6, 2009, at the Gaston Memorial Hospital. A native of Jamestown, he was the son of Willie Frank Davis and Kelly Ann Buseck-Wood.
