    EAST WENATCHEE — A Wenatchee woman accused of stealing from Costco and reselling $10,000 worth of items on eBay was charged in Douglas County Superior Court with first-degree theft and trafficking of stolen property. Dacia M. Schoengarth, 39, was charged Oct. 23 and pleaded not guilty Monday.
