  Pottstown Memorial Medical Center’s Healthy Woman program will hold a free class for its members on Core Building and Self Defense on Wednesday, October 21 at 6 p.m. in the Pottstown Senior High School Gymnasium. Beth Dinenna, MPT, and Diane Lambert, PTA, members of PMMC’s physical therapy team, will demonstrate core building exercises using an exercise ball.
