Andrea McCloud, a former standout at the former Pantego High School, was recently inducted into the Wingate Sports Hall of Fame. McCloud was a four-year starter for the Wingate basketball team. Damien Wilkins, a Washington native, had a great debut with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Wilkins had a putback at the buzzer that lifted Minnesota to a 95-93 victory over the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday night. CLEMSON — Clemson University’s Air Force ROTC Detachment 770, Flyin’ Tigers, will host their annual Tiger Drill Meet on Saturday.
