  The 2009 National Blue Ribbon Schools were announced by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan on Sept. 15. Among those recognized was Camas County Elementary-Junior High School in Fairfield, Idaho, where Ingram school superintendent J. T. Stroder formerly served as principal and superintendent.
