  A 4-year-old student from Martin Elementary School was on a bus for more than an hour and a half, including about 20 minutes alone after the bus was parked at the BISD transportation annex. The driver failed to check the bus for stray passengers before exiting the vehicle. The driver, a 10-year BISD employee, was suspended for three days.
