On Monday, when the Golden Empire Gleaners truck pulled up to the headquarters of Aera Energy LLC to load boxes of Thanksgiving dinners to deliver to needy families, they saw much more than they expected. A Bakersfield man pleaded not guilty Friday to felony driving under the influence charges in separate incidents that injured three people. He also has a third DUI set for an October trial.
