    Uintah High School will be hosting the All-American Wrestling Camp June 8-12. Clinicians are Phillip Keddy, who is a two time NCAA All-American and placed fourth at this years NCAA national tournament wrestling for the University of Iowa who are 2X NCAA Team Champions.

    In an effort to give Uintah High School students incentive to excel in athletics and academics, as well as encouragement toward becoming an active leader in the Vernal area, AM 920 KVEL radio, with assistance from Pete Martin Drilling and Jones Paint and Glass, offered two college scholarships of $500 each to an outstanding player from UHS’ boys and girls basketball teams last month.

    Two games were held on March 31 for girls’ golf. Uintah High School played against girls from Judge Memorial Catholic High School, Waterford High School, Park City High School, and Union High School in a 9-hole tournament.
