  Gang member Detavis J. King was indicted yesterday in the August 2007 slaying of Chester teen Ryan Anthony Matko. A Chesterfield County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments charging King, 17, with first-degree murder and felony use of a firearm. A judge certified those charges to the grand jury after a hearing last month in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
