Marine Corps Pvt. Scott Stewart has graduated from basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, Calif. He now heads to the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps School of Aviation Safety in Pensacola, Fla., for training as a mechanic. Back when Dick Henderson coached at Cascade High School, he had a memorable encounter with a shell-shocked official. It was 1989. Henderson made his debut as Cascade’s head girls soccer coach. The Juanita football team is holding a tribute for former assistant coach Bob Wraith before its game on Friday night. Wraith died of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma shortly after the 2008 football season ended.
