    Hoquiam School Board members will gather Monday to work out the details for a recently approved capital levy. Earlier this month, Hoquiam voters approved a six-year $3.2 million capital levy, approving the measure with a majority of 56.8 percent — 1,519 votes for and 1,155 against.
