  BELFAIR — Hawkins Middle School is launching a yearlong program called Rachel’s Challenge whose mission is to create a safe learning environment at the school.   BELFAIR — It’s been a tough Wednesday morning in the North Mason School District. A bus bringing students to Sand Hill Elementary was hit by a car on Mission Creek Road.
