A Schenectady teen is accused of breaking into the Hammond Food Pantry back in December, 2008. Andrew E. Nolan, 18, was arrested at the Schenectady County jail and returned to St. Lawrence County. He was arraigned in Potsdam town court on charges of burglary, petty larceny and criminal mischief, and jailed with bail set at $1,000.
