To be honest, I adore this school! Sure, other students can be annoying at some times, but overall, this school is diverse, solves bullying issues, barely has any fights, and the cafeteria... omg- the cafeteria ^-^ YUM!They have a wide selection of food, and even more options for drinks! And they even have dessert! AND VENDING MACHINES! Heck, they even once played a sport game on the TV, which I LOVED! Made it feel more lively and comfortable. They even have an area for Seniors and Juniors that looks very fancy, with Booths and Fancy tables. There are even Microwave! And the scanning in technique for attendance is very nice, especially when you also have 10 minutes of passing time so you have time to get to your next class! It''s nice when you don''t have to have your name called out by a teacher that is on paper (especially if it''s in your dead name/name given at birth).Teachers are respectful of pronouns, and sure they slip up and are still learning, but it''s amazing to know they are accepting! There are some teachers who are hilarious and nice, and extracurriculars such as theater are amazing! This place is basically school Heaven for me compared to my old school in MI, (Carmen-Ainsworth). At CA, Nobody did anything about bullying or harassment. There were barely any LGBT students who were respected, and the Cafeteria felt like a prison. Honestly, the whole school felt like a prison. You only got 5 minutes of passing time, and whenever the school thought we weren''t doing well enough to get to classes on time, they gave us LESS time to get to our classes instead of the amount of time needed to get to our locker, get our stuff, and get to the next class. For some odd reason, nobody was allowed to have their hoods on, or even wear hats/beanies. It was BS! The dress code was insanely strict, and it felt like we were limited to how we could express ourselves, that is, if you didn''t get treated like literal crap for being yourself. But at Nicolet, the fact that you don''t get written up for wearing something like a beanie, or even having holes in your jeans, makes it feel more like a place you can really call school and be comfortable in!

Great school if you have an honors student. Otherwise school is deeply segregated by academic performance and race. No sense of community, sports are a joke, kids prey on each other. Average students are taught by burned out faculty with health and personal problems. Pulled our child out and won't send the rest.

Nicolet is a wonderful school for kids of any economic class, intellectual level, athletic ability, or any other characteristic deemed both good or bad. Students who struggle within the classroom catch up to their peers, while students who are above average continue to grow. Nicolet has some of the highest testing score averages in all of the state of Wisconsin, ranking within the top 5 in both Mathematics and Sciences.
