School Reviews

5   5/17/2016
This school is great with motivating children with positive attitudes even if they are failing. But remember parents that is is not only the schools job but your job as a parent to be active with your children's education. Walker butte understands that it is not their job to tell use that it is are job as parents to also be a teacher at home. But when it comes down to it, the parent/parents are the reason for the child'' success. I feel that these teachers gave me enough information to make me realize what my son's strengths and weakness'' are so I can use them. Walker Butte opened my eyes before my child had to learn the hard way, sometimes they say learning the hard way is effective, but isn't that gambling with your child's future. Moreover, I gained this insight from the teachers at Walker Butte and utilize it. Furthermore, it opened my eyes to the smoke screen here. I think after my experience with Walker butte that it should be advertised and O.k. to say, yes, to us parents we still are the future , we must take time out to be active in our children's education other wise we are promoting poverty, mental disturbances, criminal, and those who never had direction from a parent and loses out on using their potential for becoming a productive citizen or even a leader. A leader that one day we will be proud of because it is now in review that parents should be educated on or required to be active with their child's education and/or even be told it is O.k by teachers to professionally mention this to the severity of failing students parents. So if we do not get the word out or the way educational teachers present information as a smokescreen, theere will be children left behind. Why have we turned to learning the hard way, because as parents we have the right tools such as educational teachers to get gets to start learning the right way, I would say their is a better gamble there. Yes learning the hard way also can give insight into who you are or your passion you find, but everything you thought you learned from a hard way can still be learned the right way. It is what you experience that you will find passion. Or I might even say Past theory's on being a leader are your either born a leader or you learn/made to be a leader. Well, my theory is being a leader is a choice. Meaning us parents need to start making our leadership of parenting a choice to stating the obvious, like it is our role as parents to be active in a child's education and promote furthering education. Instead of leadership theory's such as they are either born or learned/made is a lazy way of parenting. Because to be born with not having the luck of nature or the mind frame it was not meant to be, is snubbish, luck or no luck you need to be a effective leader by choosing by choice and not using it is not my luck excuse. Yes you can be made to follow learned information on an efetive leader does not mean that you made your child a leader, it is he had no choice or does not prove to be an effective leader. But following in the guidelines that effective leaders are made is true by setting an example from parents, community, schools, and our country. So in all there are selective leaders who are made like in North Korea, he appears to be born and made into a leader but is not seen by the world as an effective leader. So again being born or made/learned leader does not bring effective leadership , making the choice to be leaders is efective because if they choose it is what we made from society and others born have this chance at no child being left behind. Children should have the right to make that choice to be a leader and productive citizen of this country and not be left behind with a mental disorder when than child could have brought upon great things to the world.instead leaves this child with bad mental health services and and their potential wasting away. If these children who were not left behind could have these children than make the choice to live a long healthy life style and would this have changed the course of past and/or history. Because are history is not leading in a great direction, we are going down the wrong path due to the educational smokescreen like educational teachers advoiding the issues at hand because they think they are being productive and following the rules and procedures and just being happy to have a job within this economy. We should not be like this, feel snubbish or helpless by society, We live in the U.S. where we have the right to speak for better change and not to cause a rioit.Than with this awareness our/ all children will live up to that value of leader is a choice because this is what they learned from the parent/parents and the environment they were born into. So the theory's hold some what true, leaders can be made or born but under what circumstances, born without a choice because of neglect in societies observation is now what we are facing. Children from history leadership roles were presented with leaders of wars and civil rights movement and even for women to vote. Where did we go wrong. The only leader added to our calender besides Martin Luther King is 9/11 and that leader is a terrorists advertising his leadership on our calendar. Presently are children are in need for a change/movement but only us people have to make the changes move just like in history were followers I see are appreciated. We started all the diversity and cultural changes and growing population and/or the over glorification of a leader killed the notion of change. We now relate on one leader to make change because of the glorification and the smooke screens society ofers to entertain the public to derail them from the real issues in society. Technology is ruining us or we can prosper from technology but we are so diverse we can not get every one on the same path..Do you think Martin Luthern King grew up with technology to be a effective leader or the followers had even a radio at that time, they were focused on bettering there future generations for financial gain an stability in life. Because I do believe life to be a precious stone and every individual I feel has something good to add, so leaders choose to be leaders So lets stop focusing on the school budget cuts for technology because those screens are not needed a chalk board is just fine. A computer room that a whole school shares is fine but to live off computers is not necassary focus. So when we start focusing on the active leadership roles with our children then can be born in to get that choice to be an effective leader. Then we are teaching everyone they have potential or the choice to be the president of the United states or just an effective productive citizen ship that role models our countries leadership. A leader became a leader because it was learned/made and than theorized with other aspects, such as, characteristics or traits. But Again, even if some of theory stated, say that a person fits a description of the job as a president of a country does not mean what they learned will be used to fulfill the job description but they can still be a choice leader in their community. To be an effective leader I do not specify that president is or is not doing his/her job but specify that the true leaders are in all of use we choose to use our leadership skills which i feel every individual is born and learned within the U.S. Does the sex you are born with determine your choice in being an active leader or active in leadership roles within a State, community, and or Country.Yes we all have the tools and resources one way another, it is who makes the choice and how bad enough they want it or they have passion for to make this choice. It is a choice that some has to make, but yet some things have to be learned not in characteristics but education and passion and/or supportive parent that had an active hand in education are all a person/any person even those with disability's can be a effective leader. In conclusion, us parents need to be and keep active in our children's education because they learn from parents not from educational teachers only. The educational system is there to help us support and gives us tools as parents to raise our children they way they deserve to be raised for our own cultural, morale, and beliefs. Start spreading the awareness because once we have followers leading for a better future, our children will than be leading with appreciated followers. Children need a working stable future with in our community, state, and our leadership of The United States of America. So I am proud to say, today I am a leader and making awareness of the possible failure to our children's future that making the awareness early on in educational settings will stop our future from learning the hard way and start learning the right way, because at Walker butte I would like to say "Thanks for making me a leader", and thanks for me getting insight because I am a leader creating a generation of leaders for and with Queen Creek community and state of Arizona and hopefully my children will be president of the U.S. one day and be a leader we can rely on and be sure of our vote.So Obama can not make change with out followers and citizens. We have to make change within, So if you want our president to start showing results it starts with us internally, how can a leader be effective without us. And now that is why our Country is in shock of the issues at hand. Because leadership starts within us as community and grows followers to be able to make a movement to be able to make change with in governmental issues the president is facing. I also think a lot of the issues that we are facing is because we rely on one leader when we need to be educating followers to be leaders and one way to start this movement is awareness in the educational system. So parents, if you promote this awareness on putting together a plan of parents becoming active a in all kids/children at an early age we can stop our kids from learning the hard way. Than we start promoting required active programs for parents so no child is left behind, thinking or feeling that are not potential effective leaders and changing an healthy life style emotionally and physically. Maybe even set a program up for parents to get active with those who do not have parents and work with those ages that still have a chance but their chance can be taken away at any moment. I feel that Walker Butte should be recognized for their positive motivational attitudes towards my child as he is failing, and giving me insight into the issue of this matter, but putting it in a professionally way were I opened my eyes, do not blame the educational system, Blame the parents for not supporting the educational system, and thanks for giving into our children's needs for positive motivational attitude. A lot of parents might be relying on the educational system, so don't rely on educational system unless you pay for it. But like our public schools are just a backbone for the working class and for education can be used for our future economy growth, but in result a child makes a choice to become like their parent/parents or a choice not to be like them. So in addition, Walker Butte is recognized for their strength and insight into my observation of an issue or issues and making me a leader, Today. and I Nicole bring forth the theory behind our leadership, it is a choice and parents have the choice to create future for our future generations. We parents have not handed to stick to the younger generations, if you are still alive and are 80 years old you still have the power to change. The older generations impact our younger and as parents we create our children future until the individual grows into a established leader of his own. Someone who has morale, and balance between diversity and a great insight into how citizan are under appreciated for the right reasons. Also someone who choose to be a leader because he/she was born into a leadership environment or learned/made it was set fourth the awareness on active in no child left behind program. This effective program will help the leadership and/or president to be able to create change buy our own belief in leadership in grained in schools like Walker Butte, for for a future role in this awareness of our children as tools to create a change in society. So lets step it up parents let's make the change to help us feel fulfilled by a leaders future position in making productive change and being able to see that change within a four year slot. If the process for change is electing Obama again for another four years, than that change needs more than an active effective leader, what we need is active and effective leadership in our schools meaning us followers of the United states of America needs citizens/parents to make change themselves/ourselves -me, to be able to help the president to make any changes'' or see these changes within society. Like bringing awareness and opening programs and changing the way educational teachers present information that needs to be identified. will be a long process but in advertising , social trends will help being and effective tool and these external environmental tools might make the process go quicker. Lets stop with all the technology and selfish desires such as materialistic views or item's, let's change the real issues. Here is away to make money or worried about finances start with in what needs change for example from the civil rights movement took years but eventually they were fighting for something, their right to finiacial gains and stability and a way of lifestyle. Because with the awareness will create movement if we parents starts being active. Just one theory can hold so much power if we really accepted the truth of the smooke screen in society and let are gourds down and speak up. Because the passive aggresive strategy Walker Buttes positive motivational attitudes on students helped but it just covers the real leadership role of the community. We need change and it starts with us speaking up against the public's flaws and do something about it. Stop texting someone you do not even know barley and start texting to make movements and change. Our futures are depending on this awareness and being educated country will bring us all less poverty, stability in jobs, and future role models for other country's. With morale, open minds, acceptance, change, education will bring peace around the world.11/15/12
