After looking long and hard at several local schools, we decided to attend Alex Sanger Elementary. Best decision we could have made. The school has such a warm, supportive, and encouraging environment and is filled with teachers and staff who give their all to the students. They are invested in student's growth and reaching their full potential, from Kindergarten all the way to middle school. We have been at the school from Kinder to now, 6th grade, and not once have we felt anything less than overjoyed with our experience.

Sanger is our neighborhood public school, and boy are we lucky! Our son is in 2nd grade at Alex Sanger, so this is our 3rd year at Sanger. We could not be happier. As a former teacher myself, I have been impressed with the school's culture and the best practices that are being implemented in the classroom. The administration is very involved and communicative. The teachers care. Sanger's dual language program is one of the best in the district, if not the state. We are amazed at how much Spanish our son is learning! He loves school and is excited to go each morning. We are so happy with our little neighborhood school and look forward to many more years here.

We are a PROUD Sanger family!!! Our daughter just began in pre-k this year and our son has been there since pre-k as well, in the dual language program since kindergarten. We love the teachers (every year we have lucked into a great class and teacher) and the principal is really involved, the office and staff in general are very kind and easy to be around. Highly recommend Alex Sanger Prep.

This School is FANTASTIC! The Principal is hands on and the environment is very caring and welcoming. There is a new group of parents from Forest Hills, Little Forest Hills and Casa Linda who have decided to send their kids to Sanger and they have formed a Early Childhood PTA. This group will be instrumental in shaping the future of Alex Sanger! Sanger just received a grant to build a learning garden and it will be up and running in 2010. The more the neighborhood gets behind this school the better it will be! This is a wonderful place and it has the potential to be the one of the premier elementary schools in Dallas!
