Wilbur F. Crispin Jr. Wilbur F. “Wib” Crispin Jr., 82, of Scenery Hill, died Wednesday, June 3, 2009, in his home. He was born August 16, 1926, in Washington, a son of Wilbur Franklin and Rebecca Elizabeth Locy Crispin Sr.
